1. Booking requests
All bookings made through CarMatic are requests, not confirmed reservations. A booking is only confirmed once our team contacts you and agrees the details. Version 1.0 does not process online payments.
2. Pricing
Displayed prices are indicative base rates. Final pricing may vary with duration, location, driver options and seasonal demand, and will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
3. Cancellations
As no payment is taken online, you may cancel a request at any time before confirmation at no charge. Cancellation terms for confirmed bookings are agreed directly with our team.
4. Use of the platform
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use CarMatic only for lawful booking purposes. We reserve the right to decline any request.
5. Liability
CarMatic acts as a booking facilitator. Vehicles and tours are operated by us or our partners, and are subject to their respective terms and applicable law.
